Dumebi Clothing NG is a Nigerian menswear brand which was established in 2014 with over eleven (11) collections released since its inception. Dumebi Clothing NG explored the lightness and beauty in minimalist aesthetics in their newly released collection – “The Ambivert”.
The collection seeks to explore the ambivalent nature of man, who is self-assured yet simple and bold enough to make daring statements. The Ambivert expresses minimalism with an unmatched sartorial elegance, pitching the notion of “less is more”.
Minimalism was expressed through layers of neutral hues that later included metallic ores like gold and earthy tones such as brown, representing the inner strength of the collection. The Ambivert, which explores luscious fabrics like corduroy, linen, denim, and cotton, seeks to promote comfort, boldness and sartorial elegance in fashion.
From a personal standpoint, I promote comfort in fashion always and being able to express oneself through personal style. I find pleasure in the grandeur and simplicity of minimalist aesthetics. In other words, I totally STAN this collection.
